By registering for and using Azalea Coin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and confirm you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Azalea Coin is a P2P matching platform. Azalea Coin (the internal point) has a fixed nominal value of $1 USDT and is not a cryptocurrency, security, or regulated investment product.
Payments between users are funded entirely by other users. The platform does not generate revenue from trading, investment, lending, or any other commercial activity, and does not fund payouts from its own resources. Any amount you receive is transferred directly to you from another participant's own funds. The platform provides matching and record-keeping only.
The platform is not a bank, is not an authorised financial services provider, and is not licensed or supervised by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority or the South African Reserve Bank. Funds are not covered by deposit insurance or any compensation scheme.
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use financial platforms and hold cryptocurrency. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with the laws of your country.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, two-factor authentication device, and backup codes secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your USDT wallet addresses - the platform cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
Failure to complete a matched trade within the required payment window, or failure to recommit within the recommitment window, results in penalties as described in-platform: a 30-day suspension for a first violation, 60 days for a second, and permanent account closure for a third.
Ticket purchase fees, as displayed at time of purchase, are non-refundable once a ticket is used to open a trading cycle.
No profit, return, or payment of any kind is guaranteed. Figures displayed in your account describe what the system would pay if a matching counterparty deposits the required amount at the required time. If no counterparty deposits, you will not be paid, irrespective of any balance or projection shown.
Because payouts depend entirely on deposits from later participants, payments can stop at any time and without notice. You may lose the entire amount you deposit. Settlement is P2P and irreversible: there is no chargeback, refund mechanism, or compensation scheme. You participate entirely at your own risk.

Azalea Coin and its operators are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed trades, delayed payouts, or third-party payment processor issues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
